Massage is not only a real treat but a way of life for me now. Since meeting Fiona and regularly having a massage I have found not only do I physically feel better but I also feel more connected to myself. As an Outdoor Instructor I spend much of my life in putting my body through some fairly stressful moments! I love to know what Fiona is doing and why, she talks me through the muscles she is working on, why certain movements work. Fiona has consistently worked hard to improve her skills and knowledge to benefit the experience of her clients recently undertaking her Advanced myofascial release certificate. I am always reassured that Fiona spends time asking me some key questions before we start, ensuring that she understands how I am feeling, area’s of stress both physically and emotionally. This allows her to understand what I need from the massage session.

The environment Fiona creates is wonderfully relaxing, warm and comfortable. Fiona has very high standards for her business and her attention to the very smallest detail gives me the confidence and trust in her skills to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top quality massage experience.
